Mrs Pushpalatha M S completed her engineering from the prestigious Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumkur and did her M Tech in Power Electronics from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. She started her career as a lecturer in engineering colleges, teaching microprocessors and digital electronics related subjects. Later she co-founded an electronics components design and distribution company called Indus Technologies, which used to work with major public sector companies and defence laboratories in Bangalore.
At GarbhaGudi, she is responsible for the efficiency of processes, ensuring optimization of available resources and increasing the effectiveness of the systems and teams.
