Our fertility yoga challenge started on 25th July and concluded with a culminating event on 14th August 2024.\nWe believe that a healthy body and mind are essential for optimal fertility. That's why we embarked on a transformative 21-day yoga challenge, open to all who joined us. Each day unfolded a new yoga practice, expertly guided by our dedicated yoga therapist. With patience and expertise, she described complex poses, explaining their benefits for fertility and overall well-being. To complement the physical practice, we offered daily insights into Ayurveda, sharing ancient wisdom on enhancing reproductive health. Our nutrition live sessions provided practical guidance on optimizing diet for fertility. This holistic approach, combining yoga, Ayurveda, and nutrition, empowered participants to take control of their fertility journey and experience a profound sense of well-being.\nWhether you were a participant, a supporter, or simply someone interested in learning more about fertility health, were allowed to join for this challenge.
