The Responsibilities of the AGM-Marketing include the following:
• Overall supervision and control of the functioning of the department and cordinating with all branches.
• Conducting regular meeting with subordinates on regular basis.
• Focusing on the branch level activities.
• Planning of Camps,CMEs,lunch on meeting etc.
• Analysing the market requirements,market competition and coming up with competitive offers and packages.
• Meeting the refferral doctors on regularly basis and improving the number of referral doctors .
• Maitaining the proper data and documentation of referral doctors.
• Attend to the comments / suggestions / feedback from the referral doctors,branch managers on regular basis.
• Visit star consultant personally on regular basis.
• To review referral doctors feedback data and take appropriate preventive and corrective action.
• Conducting the department level meeting regularly and presentation of the departmental performance on weekly basis.
• Working towards achieving the target goals,and responsibility given by the managment.
• Following the organisation policy with atmost sincerity.
• The ability to establish and maintain close working relationships with all departments of the hospital and to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity and subordinates morale.
• To support and participate in programs, related to orientation of new employees.
• Manage all administrative duties of the department as specified by the management.
• To maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information, responding to requests.
