Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and making necessary arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as required.
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Screen and prioritize communications and escalate issues as needed.
Manage executives' expenses and prepare expense reports.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform administrative duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience supporting senior-level management is an advantage.
