Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the IVF centre, including staff coordination and liaising with internal and external departments. 
- Manage government and non-government records, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with medical regulations. 
- Support doctors and clinical/non-clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow and operations. 
- Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies, coordinate with vendors and the central purchase team to ensure timely procurement. 
- Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and adherence to clinical and operational protocols. 
- Assist in onboarding new administrative staff and facilitate training, orientation, and compliance checks. 
- Manage asset tracking, service schedules, maintenance, renewals, and AMC contracts (including certificates, insurance, etc.). 
- Monitor all facility-related activities and ensure smooth infrastructure operations. 
- Handle petty cash and manage daily administrative activities efficiently. 
- Oversee IPL(Injection, Pharmacy & Lab), leave management, attendance tracking, and uphold strict confidentiality. 
- Coordinate with internal and external departments for NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) compliance. 
Qualifications and Prerequisites:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration or a relevant field 
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and administrative abilities in a fast-paced clinical environment 
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with vendors, staff, and management
