Team Leader, Telesales
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in telesales for life sciences company
Location: Bangalore
- Responsible for devloping, managing and motivating the telesales team.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned territories.
- Analyze the trends, establish competitive advantages and implement sales strategies.
- Monitoring the performance of team and providing regular feedback to the team.
- Setting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, halfyearly and annual calling targets
- Track metrics, achive KPIs by directing prospects to the team and ensuring targets are hit.
- Maintaining offline / online (Communication through Live Chat, Facebook and Phone) customer relationships
- Handling relations, updating database, complaints, resolutions and success.
- Maintain existing business, compiling and presenting sales reports
- Lead / Prospect Generation through field and digital marketing teams.
- Generating and capturing customer feedback, testimonial and business generation through referrals.
- Explaining product features and benefits.
- Do follow-ups and focus on conversion.
- Meeting arrangement and co-ordination
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and focus on conversion.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Ensure correct usage and adoption of the CRM tools
Qualifications and prerequisites:
- An advanced university degree with minimum of 3 years experience in telesales for life sciences company.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
- Excellent interpersonal, patient, friendly personality and problem-solving skills.
- Customer Co-ordination
- Proven experience in calling and selling in different timezones.
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Hands on experience with sales tools such as CRM and relavant softwares and proficient with MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook Email etc.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.
